The Opportunity

Our software and apps are used by a broad range of clients, from exclusive nightlife venues, to artist tours, to large-scale festivals and conferences, as well as by millions of event-goers. We are committed to providing excellent user experience with our superior and seamless app technology.


Our apps are used on the front lines by event organizers and are a direct sales channel to consumers, so performance is critical! As a product manager, you will collaborate with customers, designers, developers, and other team members to deliver the highest caliber products. You will have the benefit of extensive autonomy to explore and innovate for the betterment of our products.


Work-Life

This role is hybrid-remote with an optional work environment at our Santa Monica office, located on the 3rd Street Promenade. Most teams run West Coast Hours with lots of autonomy. We are only able to hire US Citizens or active US Green Card holders

Qualifications
  • 3 years of product management
  • 2 years of experience building and shipping products.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum best practices and protocols
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex technical issues to a variety of non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Integrations is a plus
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and utilizing an analytical approach to problem solving
  • Experience related to ticketing, venue operations or with other ticketing companies, a plus
  • Experience shipping software and mobile products is a plus
  • Experience with a variety of modern databases (Relational, NoSQL, etc.) or BI tools a plus
  • Knowledge of modern web application design and development a plus
