About Foundation Health

Foundation Health is transforming healthcare through an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform that seamlessly connects operational infrastructure with high quality patient experiences. Our mission is to transform patient centric care by connecting fragmented infrastructure, optimizing care coordination, and removing friction from the patient journey.

This ambitious vision is only achievable with the dedication of the right team propelling us forward. We firmly believe that a supportive and inspiring work environment fuels creativity, transforming it into groundbreaking innovation. It is this very innovation that not only benefits our organization but also positively impacts our people, partners, and most importantly, our patients.

The Role

This isn’t a role for someone focused on owning a single feature set.
As a Product Manager at Foundation Health, you’ll work across our entire product ecosystem - spanning patient-facing applications, clinician workflows, AI-driven automation and data-heavy system integrations.
You’ll be hands-on, deeply embedded with Engineering and Design - but comfortable operating in ambiguity. You'll enjoy doing discovery with users and high-level vision into practical, scalable product solutions that work in the real world of healthcare delivery.
We’re early in our journey, which means you’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape product direction, influence strategy and leave a meaningful imprint on what we build.

What You’ll Do
  • Help shape AI-driven and automation-led capabilities that improve efficiency and patient outcomes

  • Own the end-to-end product idealization and execution across multiple interconnected systems and workflows.

  • Translate complex clinical, operational and technical requirements into clear product specifications

  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to craft the end-to-end user journey, define the solution architecture, and build scalable integrations.

  • Work deeply with EHR data, clinical workflows and interoperability challenges

  • Map upstream and downstream dependencies across healthcare systems and third-party integrations

  • Balance speed and rigor in a fast-moving startup environment

Required Experience

We’re looking for Product Managers who have built products from 0 to 1, not just supported them.

You should have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products in a technology-driven environment

  • A healthcare technology background, ideally working with clinical or operational healthcare systems

  • Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) - Epic experience is a plus, but not required

  • Experience working with clinical data, workflows, or healthcare integrations

  • Exposure to products operating at the intersection of EHRs, clinical systems, data and AI

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with the ability to move fast and get stuck in

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with Epic, including pharmacy or medication-related workflows (e.g. Willow, specialty pharmacy, or similar)

  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations, medication management, or fulfillment workflows

  • Experience building AI-enabled or automation-driven healthcare products

  • Experience shipping products used by clinicians, care teams, or operational healthcare staff

What We’re Looking For
  • A sharp, curious PM who enjoys solving hard problems

  • Someone comfortable working across technical, clinical and operational domains

  • A builder mindset - you like getting into the details, not just writing tickets

  • Someone who challenges assumptions and raises the bar for healthcare technology

What You’ll Get

  • Employee stock options

  • Company-issued Apple MacBook Pro

  • Comprehensive health coverage - medical, dental, and vision plans for employees

  • Life assurance benefit

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Flexible working arrangements – hybrid setup with focus time and collaboration days.

Interview Process

  • Initial call with our Director of Product (30 mins)

  • Technical assessment with our Director of Product (1 hour)

  • Final Interview with CEO and/or Snr Leadership Team.
