The Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Manager who's passionate about using AI to solve real customer problems. This isn't just another PM role‚ you will be working at the intersection of product strategy, AI innovation, and direct customer impact. You'll help us build the next generation of intelligent customer engagement tools that our restaurant and c-store clients didn't even know they needed yet.

What You'll Do:

Customer-First Innovation

-Interview customers to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for streamlining their experience

- Use AI tools (like Claude and other natural language tools) to summarize and distill insights from customer conversations

- Translate feedback into actionable product requirements that the engineering team can run with.

AI-Powered Product Development

- Set up and maintain software/product processes that reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency

- Collaborate with engineering teams by gathering and communicating customer feedback

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product development, from prototyping to documentation

Strategic Execution

- Manage projects and track progress using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools

- Work on a flexible, project-based workload where you'll take initiative in shaping the product's future direction

- (Nice to have) Provide input on UI/UX improvements that enhance usability and delight our customers

Experience & Skills

- You have solid product management and project management experience under your belt

- You're familiar with product management methodologies and market research approaches

- You communicate clearly and can work directly with customers you’re not afraid to pick up the phone or jump on a video call

- You're proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft OƯice (the usual suspects)

- **You have experience with AI tools, especially Claude ‚and you understand how to leverage AI to work smarter, not harder Technical Comfort

- You understand how AI systems work and can have meaningful conversations with data scientists and ML engineers

- You're comfortable with the idea that AI systems are probabilistic, not deterministic, and you know how to set expectations around model limitations and opportunities

- You don't need to write code, but you appreciate the technical constraints and possibilities

- You're genuinely curious‚ you ask "why" and "what if" more often than most people

- You're energetic and proactive‚ you don't wait for instructions; you identify what needs to happen and make it happen

- You want to be part of a growth company where your contributions directly shape our trajectory

- You're comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to help define processes, not just follow them

- You embrace ethical AI design and understand the importance of fairness, transparency, and accountability

Working Style

- You thrive in a flexible, project-based environment where priorities can shift as we learn from customers

- You're a strong written and verbal communicator who can synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights

- Location: Remote/Hybrid (Newton, MA area preferred but open to remote for the right candidate)

- Tools: Claude (preferred), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft OƯice, various AI/LLM tools

Salary range: $130k-$150k
