Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will own the lifecycle of medium-scale products and features, ensuring every release meets customer needs and business objectives. Your primary focus will be TheraNest, a leading practice management solution used by tens of thousands of mental health therapists across the United States. TheraNest supports every aspect of a therapist’s clinical, operational, and financial workflows, making it essential to the delivery of care.
This is a highly visible role, working on Ensora’s largest product, where you’ll collaborate with a team of mission-driven colleagues to ensure TheraNest achieves its growth and impact goals. You’ll define roadmaps, validate customer insights, and guide delivery to create intuitive, scalable, and meaningful experiences that empower mental health professionals nationwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full product lifecycle for TheraNest, including strategy, development, launch, and continuous improvement.

  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps and delivery timelines that align with customer needs and business outcomes.

  • Conduct customer and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet needs in behavioral health technology.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.

  • Monitor adoption, engagement, and performance metrics to assess impact and inform enhancements.

  • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, documentation, and internal knowledge bases.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions deliver value and strengthen the clinician experience.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3 or more years of experience in product management or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated success managing the lifecycle of small to medium-scale products.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into clear priorities.

  • Proven collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy and outcomes.

  • Experience working within SaaS, healthcare, or practice management systems preferred.

Studies have consistently highlighted the significance of this principle, particularly for individuals from disenfranchised backgrounds, including women and other marginalized groups. These individuals often hesitate to apply unless they meet every single requirement, unlike their male counterparts who are more inclined to apply when they meet around 60% of the criteria.
