Lead product strategy and manage cross-functional teams to deliver features for Terminal's AI-powered Yard Operating System, focusing on customer impact.
The summary above was generated by AI

At Terminal, we believe the logistics yard is the last great untapped frontier in supply chain technology — a space still run on clipboards, radios, and guesswork. Yet these yards move the trucks, trailers, chassis, and containers that power global commerce. Unlocking yard-level data is foundational to improving efficiency, sustainability, and scalability across the supply chain.

That’s why we’re building the world’s first AI-powered Yard Operating System (YOS), a platform that digitizes, automates, and orchestrates everything that happens in the yard. Powered by our Terminal Vision Engine and best-in-class machine learning, we give operators real-time visibility, intelligence, and control to slash dwell times, eliminate phantom costs, and boost throughput.

The result? Safer, smarter, faster yards — and the chance to redefine a trillion-dollar industry from the ground up. Backed by top-tier investors and partnered with leading global logistics companies, we’re not just solving problems, we’re creating the category standard.

Joining Terminal means joining a team that’s rewriting the rules of modern logistics. If you want to make a tangible impact on how goods move through the global supply chain, this is an opportunity to do meaningful work at a pivotal stage of growth.

This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to translate real-world logistics complexities into scalable intuitive product solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead coss-functional initiatives involving Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements.

  • Deeply understand customer workflows, operational constraints, and pain points through user research, customer conversations, and data analysis.

  • Translate complex requirements into clear product definitions, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Anticipate dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across systems and teams, proactively addressing them to ensure timely delivery.

  • Make informed prioritization decisions by balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

  • Use data and qualitative insights to evaluate product performance, iterate on solutions, and guide future investment.

  • Partner with Design to shape end-to-end user experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with product strategy.

  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure solutions are technically sound, maintainable, and extensible.

  • Communicate product vision, progress, and decisions clearly to stakeholders, including leadership.

  • Leverage a full suite of AI tooling in order to gain efficiency and improve the overall quality of your work.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or enterprise level technology environments.

  • Proven experience owning products or platforms end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through execution and iteration.

  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment in ambiguous problem spaces.

  • Experience defining product strategy, setting success metrics, and measuring outcomes using both quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Experience in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building products for logistics, supply chain, or operationally complex domains.

  • Background working on platform, workflow, or data-heavy products.

  • Experience collaborating with AI/ML, computer vision, or real-time systems teams.

What We Offer:

Joining the Terminal team means being part of a dynamic, innovative environment where your work directly impacts the future of logistics and the global supply chain. You will work closely with a team of experts passionate about operational excellence and technological innovation.
