The Opportunity

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to own and evolve FileSmart, Dynatron’s AI-powered warranty lifecycle product that maximizes warranty reimbursement. . This role is responsible for shaping product vision, translating customer and market insights into clear strategy, and driving execution from discovery through launch and iteration.

As Product Manager, you’ll operate as the connective tissue between customers, the business, and delivery teams. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Product Owners, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure product initiatives align to business objectives, deliver meaningful customer value, and achieve strong adoption and satisfaction across the platform.

What You’ll DoProduct Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
  • Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for FileSmart and Pay Plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term platform direction.
  • Translate business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure strategy is effectively translated into executable plans and delivery sequencing.
Discovery, Insight & Solution Definition
  • Lead product discovery for assigned initiatives through customer interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, surveys, and feedback synthesis.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product direction, requirements, and prioritized opportunities.
  • Balance customer empathy with business and technical constraints to define pragmatic, high-impact solutions.
Customer-Centered Product Development
  • Drive the evolution and improvement of existing products in partnership with Product Design, applying modern UX practices and validated user insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to refine requirements, validate solutions, and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Support efficient delivery by providing clear problem definitions, success criteria, and decision-making context.
Delivery Enablement & Execution Support
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery sequencing.
  • Provide strategic guidance while enabling strong day-to-day execution by the Scrum team.
  • Support beta programs, release validation, and post-launch analysis, documenting learnings and driving continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Optimization & Innovation
  • Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market signals to identify opportunities for optimization, iteration, and innovation.
  • Define success metrics and validate outcomes to ensure strong product-market fit and ongoing value delivery.
  • Use data to inform prioritization, trade-offs, and roadmap evolution.
Go-To-Market & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Lead and contribute to Go-To-Market readiness for new features and major releases.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, release notes, and launch execution.
  • Support Sales, Support, and internal teams with product expertise, demos, enablement materials, and training.
Product Advocacy & Communication
  • Serve as the product subject matter expert and internal voice for assigned functionality.
  • Clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and outcomes to cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders.
  • Build alignment and momentum by articulating trade-offs, risks, and long-term value with clarity.
What You BringProduct Management Experience
  • 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management or a related product leadership role within B2B SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy, discovery, and delivery across complex products or platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate customer, stakeholder, and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
Discovery, Data & Execution Skills
  • Hands-on experience leading customer discovery, usability testing, and feedback-driven iteration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform prioritization and product decisions.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Comfort partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to align stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities and dependencies.

  • Pragmatic Institute Product Manager Certification or similar formal product training.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary between $130,000 and $140,000
