Join a dynamic team at the forefront of digital product innovation for small business and commercial banking. We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Product Manager to join our Commercial Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of digital product solutions that meet the evolving needs of commercial and small business clients, as well as internal partners. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and strategy to execution and enhancement—ensuring our offerings deliver measurable value to customers and the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity to shape product strategy within a trusted financial institution by partnering with technology, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, customer-centric digital capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the bank’s objectives and customer needs.

Own end-to-end delivery and performance for assigned Commercial Digital products, and support other Commercial Digital products through shared roadmap planning, dependency management, and cross-team execution.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction.

Own and prioritize the product backlog; collaborate with technology, operations, and other cross-functional partners to ensure effective delivery.

Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights and product enhancements.

Partner with internal stakeholders, including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales, to support product success.

Monitor product performance, identify and mitigate risks, and regularly report progress to leadership.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and iterative development.

Coordinate dependencies across internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.

Foster a team environment that values curiosity, accountability, and customer-first thinking.

Preferably, this position would work from Jefferson City, MO, but may work out of any market location within our footprint.

Preferred Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a relevant role within the banking industry.

Familiarity with commercial banking and small business client needs and/or digital servicing and origination journeys.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience working within an Agile product development framework.

Team-oriented mindset with a positive, collaborative approach.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred:

Experience in a traditional or regional banking environment.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in banking product development.

Experience working within a highly matrixed organization.
