We are seeking a strategic and analytical Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of Tradeify's trading platform, trader experience, and product offerings. You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, gathering and analyzing user feedback, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of our trading community.


This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to directly shape the trader experience and drive product innovation in the competitive prop trading landscape.


You'll report directly to the CEO.

As we continue our aggressive growth trajectory, we are seeking a visionary Product Manager to enhance our platform capabilities, optimize trader success rates, and build products that scale with our rapid growth while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

The Opportunity

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and trader needs, balancing feature development with technical debt and platform stability.

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct trader interviews, analyze user behavior data, and gather feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and feature requirements that drive trader success and retention.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Trading Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.

  • Feature Definition & Prioritization: Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing feature prioritization based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.

  • Platform Optimization: Drive continuous improvement of our trading platform, evaluation processes, and trader dashboard to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics to measure product success, identify optimization opportunities, and inform future development decisions.

  • Trader Experience Design: Own the end-to-end trader journey from onboarding through program completion, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve conversion and success rates.

  • Market Research: Stay current with fintech trends, trading technology innovations, and competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to leadership while managing expectations and communicating trade-offs effectively.

  • Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to ensure products meet quality standards and trading industry requirements before release.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on digital products.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success through KPIs and user metrics.

  • Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.) and agile development methodologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • User-centric mindset with experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.

  • Technical literacy with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints and opportunities.

  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift rapidly.

Nice to haves

  • Deep understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and the needs of retail and professional traders.

  • Experience with trading platforms, brokerage systems, or financial technology products.

  • Background in B2C SaaS or subscription-based business models.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements affecting trading platforms.

  • Experience with API integrations and third-party platform partnerships.

  • Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
