Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically-inclined Product Manager to join our team and lead the evolution of our agentic platforms. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and tangible, user-centric products. This role demands a unique blend of core technical understanding and strategic vision to design roadmaps that meet the highest standards of efficiency and business impact.

You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams—including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders—to translate complex requirements into seamless user journeys. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to simulate complex user interactions are essential for delivering high-quality AI solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • User Journey Definition: Lead the design and definition of end-to-end user journeys across various agentic platforms, ensuring a frictionless and intuitive experience for all personas.

  • Roadmap Design & Execution: Own the product roadmap from conception to delivery, establishing clear milestones and ensuring timely completion of all development phases.

  • Business Unit (BU) Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Units, facilitating transparent communication, gathering requirements, and providing regular progress updates.

  • Feature Announcements: Strategize and execute the rollout of new features, including the creation of announcement materials and documentation to drive internal and external adoption.

  • Strategic Oversight: Provide high-level strategic oversight for the platform, ensuring that product development aligns with long-term organizational goals and market trends.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to understand architectural constraints while advocating for user needs and product excellence.

  • Milestone Management: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in the product lifecycle and implement solutions to maintain project momentum and stability.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Core Technical Understanding: Proven ability to grasp complex technical architectures, particularly in AI/ML or distributed systems, to effectively communicate with engineering teams.

  • Roadmap & Design Expertise: Expert-level experience in designing product roadmaps and utilizing user journey simulation techniques to identify and resolve pain points.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong capability for strategic oversight, with a focus on aligning product features with business value and technical feasibility.

  • Exceptional Communication: Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexities into clear business outcomes for diverse audiences.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex timelines and ensuring the successful delivery of technical products.

  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to tackle challenges in platform scaling and user adoption.
