Position Overview: 

We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated Product Manager to help drive AIpowered initiatives across the organization. This role blends product strategy, project coordination, and handson AI agent development. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize projects that enhance internal workflows and eventually support clientfacing products. 

The position begins with a focus on internal efficiency but will expand into shaping new AIdriven features and offerings for our customers. Success requires creativity, problemsolving, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead or support projects depending on organizational needs. 

Salary: $120k-$135k

Qualifications: 

Required 

  • Strong desire to become an expert in building and deploying AI agents — treating it as a craft, not just a job function. 
  • Continuous learning mindset with the ability to grow into expanded responsibilities. 
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and departments in a highly crossfunctional role. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to run discovery conversations with nontechnical stakeholders and translate them into structured workflow specifications. 
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading projects or initiatives with minimal oversight. 
  • Handson experience building with AI tools in workflow or automation contexts (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, LangChain, etc.). 
  • At least 6+ months of experience in a business or corporate team environment. 

Preferred 

  • Direct experience designing and deploying endtoend agentic AI workflows. 
  • Process management or Six Sigma experience. 
  • Familiarity with AWS and Jira. 
  • Experience working remotely as part of a distributed team. 
  • Exposure to two or more of the following domains: data science, product management, software engineering, sales/marketing, project management. 
  • Direct experience in data science, product, or engineering. 
  • Python proficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide project planning and coordination across teams. 
  • Partner closely with engineers, designers, and relevant stakeholders to move initiatives forward. 
  • Problemsolve independently and collaboratively to meet project goals. 
  • Develop AI agents using Claude CoWork. 
  • Review and refine AI agents developed by colleagues. 
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and industry developments. 
  • Lead internal AI trainings and workshops to increase adoption and effective use of AI tools.
