About the Role:

Are you a self-starter with a passion for crafting meaningful product experiences? Do you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy transforming complex problems into elegant solutions? We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just understand business and financial principles but can seamlessly connect them to their work—driving outcomes that matter for our users and the company. If you’re passionate about building exceptional products that make a real difference—and you’re ready to join a team that values collaboration, feedback, and growth—this is the opportunity for you.

What You Will Do:

  • Track progress against plan and resolve any variances as soon as they are identified.

  • Prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience.

  • Maintain a complete backlog of all the activities, processes, and workflows of all the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influencers and consultants.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience

  • Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing functional specs and coordinating projects across teams and organizations.

  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to create a compelling product vision and to drive data-driven product decisions.

  • Entrepreneurial experience building products from 0-1.

  • Fin-tech and / or big tech experience preferred.

  • Experience and knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

  • Sound understanding of payment technology, and APIs development, including RESTful API and JSON.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Why You’ll Love Working at DigniFi:

  • High-growth opportunity with terrific upside potential.

  • Founded to provide aid to people when they unexpectedly need help...responsible, respectful, and transparent access to a better financial future for our customers.
