The Role

We’re hiring our first Product Manager to join our founding team and help shape the future of Incompass. You’ll work directly with the CEO, CTO, and VP of Customer Success to develop and execute a customer-centric roadmap that balances vision with speed.

This is a generalist, builder-first role—ideal for someone who wants to take full ownership of outcomes and isn’t afraid to go from strategy to specs to shipped. Over time, this role could evolve into a Group Product Manager position, depending on your goals and growth.

We are looking for someone in NYC or Boston. We are a virtual company, but we value time together and are intentionally hiring in hubs so that these connection points can be frequent and, even, spontaneous, in addition to the organized in-person meetings and work sessions.

What You'll Do
  • Define and own product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with company leadership

  • Translate customer insights and business needs into clear product requirements

  • Ship high-quality features fast, then learn and iterate based on feedback

  • Build a customer-centric mindset into the culture of the product team, and the company more broadly

  • Be curious, but opinionated with a bias toward action

  • Develop a foundation for product processes at Incompass

What We're Looking For
  • 4–7 years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company

  • Experience building and iterating on early-stage products

  • A strong generalist mindset—you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats

  • Clear communicator with strong product instincts, but also an innate curiosity about our customer

  • A low-ego, high-impact teammate who cares more about team wins than personal credit. You bring positive energy to every room you’'re in
