The primary objective and responsibilities of a Product Manager includes: 

  • Own the Product Strategy: Conduct regular client discovery with existing and prospective clients, perform opportunity assessments, and set product strategies aligned with our Company Vision & Objectives; 
  • Deliver Outcomes: Operate within an empowered team, partnering closely with engineering and design to deliver solutions that are viable, valuable, feasible, and usable; 
  • Drive Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize problems-to-solve alongside solution options using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF, utilizing data-driven insights to maximize user and business impact; 
  • Champion Agile Delivery: Promote Agile best practices across cross-functional teams to improve delivery speed, transparency, and product quality. Utilize AI tooling for rapid prototyping to test solution hypotheses; 
  • Go-to-Market Coordination: Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product features and releases, collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure internal teams are trained, enabled, and ready; 
  • Client Engagement: Represent the product team in client-facing meetings, presentations, and webinars to communicate product vision, gather feedback, and showcase new capabilities. 

 

What you’ll bring to the table:  

  • Previous experience in a product management role with a focus on B2B SaaS products; 
  • Proven experience implementing Agile best practices and methodologies in cross-functional teams; 
  • Strong capabilities in using AI tools to rapidly create low and high fidelity prototypes; 
  • Proficient in Product Management and Software Delivery platforms such as Aha! and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence); 
  • A previous track record of coordinating go-to-market planning, internal training and sales enablement efforts; 
  • Experience leading client discovery sessions, product demos and webinars; 
  • Comfortable working within global virtual teams.  Our development teams sit within India and Lithuania.

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
