Why You Should Choose Steno

At Steno, we’re growing fast and transforming the litigation technology industry with best-in-class court reporting, modern solutions that add value for lawyers, and an exceptional client experience. We partner with law firms to simplify complex workflows, deliver reliable outcomes and case insights, and to revolutionize a traditionally outdated space while we expand across the country.

  • Wins together – Stock options included. When Steno grows, you grow.
  • Invests in you – Generous company-sponsored health plans for employees and dependents, including comprehensive vision & dental - well above industry benchmarks.
  • Constantly innovates with technology at our core - We are a modern organization revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day.
  • Competitive salary of ($87,500 – $115,000) – reflects your impact on Steno's product marketing execution and growth
  • Own the full product marketing function – Maintain collateral, drive launches, lead competitive intelligence, and support cross-functional communications
  • Remote-first – with flexible PTO, home office setup, and a culture that rewards results and supports balance
  • Emphasizes values - be highly reliable, constantly innovate, and operate with a hospitality mindset

Why the Product Marketing Team at Steno Is Different

  • Small but mighty – A creative, high-execution sector within the marketing team growing its presence and impact on supporting product launches and cross-functional execution.
  • Cross-functional and collaborative – Partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Ops to drive launches, betas, and customer communications
  • Built for curious marketers – You'll develop deep fluency in the legal field, competitive intelligence, and the litigation industry
  • AI champions on the marketing team - We don't just talk about AI; we build with it. From custom skills to workflow automation, we're the team proving what's possible and bringing the rest of marketing along for the ride.
  • Creative and fun by design - We bring personality and clarity to everything we ship, whether it's a product launch, a competitive battle card, or a Monday morning Slack update.
  • Big seat at the table -  You'll shape launches, brief sales, influence customer experience, and own real outcomes from day one.
  • Setting the standard - We're not inheriting a legacy PMM operation. We're building it with SOPs, competitive intel programs, customer storytelling frameworks, the whole thing. If you want to shape how product marketing runs at a growing company, this is your chance.

You'll crush this role if you have 5+ years of marketing experience, including product marketing, hands-on experience building competitive and customer intelligence programs, and a track record of driving product launches cross-functionally. Plus comfort with tools like HubSpot, Looker, Asana, and Guru.
