As the first marketing hire at Thrive, you will define a new category in workforce intelligence. Reporting to the CEO, you will translate complex psychometric science into compelling narratives. This high-impact role blends product positioning, data-driven storytelling, and brand building to establish Thrive as the global authority in predictive hiring and talent management.

What you will do:

  • Own the core product messaging and ICP-specific positioning, translating technical capabilities into clear commercial value propositions that drive market authority.

  • Create high-impact sales enablement materials and thought leadership content, including research reports and industry insights, to accelerate the sales cycle and generate inbound leads.

  • Partner with product teams to extract platform data for research-led storytelling while managing SEO and PR agencies to amplify Thrive’s voice across LinkedIn and major media.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS product or content marketing, specifically within a startup or scale-up environment where you have executed strategy hands-on.

  • Exceptional storytelling ability with a knack for translating complex data or behavioral science into clear, persuasive narratives for both B2B and B2C audiences.

  • Highly proficient in using AI-powered tools to multiply content output and productivity, combined with a strong understanding of SEO-driven content ecosystems.
