Our People

We're a tight-knit team of experienced individuals at the forefront of crypto infrastructure. Our backgrounds range from security auditing and smart contract development to node operation, and we're supported by Pantera Capital, Paradigm and CyberFund.

We're on the hunt for talented professionals to join our mission and strengthen our awesome team.

As our PMM/Ecosystem Marketing lead, you'll bridge product vision with market adoption, fueling growth by crafting narratives that resonate with developers, protocols, and users, ultimately driving ecosystem expansion and sustainable value in a competitive landscape through hands-on execution and tactical delivery.

This is a full-time role under a traditional employment agreement; we do not work with contractors.

What You'll Do

• Translate technical products and positioning into sales materials like decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive frameworks, objection guides, presentations, and proof points tailored to DeFi builders, operators, and end-users.

• Maintain a sales enablement library with version control and quality standards.

• Support sales, BD, account management, and customer success teams with resources to sell and support clients effectively.

• Execute co-marketing with ecosystem partners: manage timelines, create joint materials, coordinate announcements, and handle launch logistics for releases and expansions.

• Manage partner relationships for co-marketing, maintain communication, identify opportunities, and provide BD with tailored collateral.

• Execute 2-3 concurrent ABM campaigns: handle tactics from content creation to launch across community, social, partnerships, and onchain channels.

• Create educational content like scripts, blogs, press releases, narratives, integration guides, and case studies, translating complex blockchain concepts for TradFi and crypto audiences.

• Perform ad-hoc competitive research on DeFi/TradFi trends to inform positioning and messaging.

• Track/report campaign performance, partnership metrics, and enablement effectiveness; optimize based on data.

Who You Are

• 5+ years in product marketing, with 3+ years in crypto; experience at a DeFi or infras project preferred.

• Proven track record launching technical products through hands-on GTM execution, including sales enablement, co-marketing, and content creation, with measurable results in user acquisition/retention.

• Experience marketing to institutions/TradFi, with a track record of bridging crypto infrastructure to traditional finance stakeholders.

• Robust experience collaborating with Ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and product launches.

• Comfortable with DeFi ecosystems, restaking, tokenomics, and onchain mechanics; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences (TradFi, crypto-native, developers) while producing high-quality, tactical materials.

• Excellent storyteller and communicator; collaborative mindset for cross-functional influence, plus hands-on experience in community-led growth, partnerships, or developer marketing.

• Bonus: Startup/scale-up background, developer marketing experience, or active involvement in crypto communities.
