hatch I.T. is partnering with VanishID to find a Product Marketing Manager. Please see details below:

About the Role

VanishID is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own their exposure management story. Security budgets still point at infrastructure while attackers target people, and the market is only starting to wake up to that gap. Your job is to make VanishID the company buyers and analysts think of when they do. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role that blends product marketing, content, and campaign strategy, because on a lean team the story is not told with one skill. You will write the research the press quotes, build the pages and programs that teach CISOs a problem they have been told they cannot fix, arm their sales team and partners to win, and orchestrate campaigns that turn attention into pipeline.

It's an amazing time to join VanishID as one of their early employees. You will witness the impact of your work every day at this stage and reap the financial benefits. You will join a small, senior marketing team reporting to the VP of Marketing, where a peer product marketer owns their executive protection and workforce protection lines, along with brand and web. If you thrive in an energetic, focused environment and want to be surrounded by the momentum of equally driven teammates, VanishID will be a great place for you.

We are a remote-first company and are open to candidates throughout the United States. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

About the Company

VanishID is redefining digital executive protection. Their agentic AI platform continuously finds and removes executives' exposed personal information from data broker sites, neutralizes compromised credentials, and feeds security teams human-risk intelligence that strengthens the entire security program. Customers include Fortune 50 enterprises, major banks, healthcare systems, critical infrastructure operators, and family offices — in a category that is winning real security budget right now.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the story. Positioning and messaging for exposure management across the organization.
  • Translate the technical. Turn platform capabilities, research findings, vulnerability disclosures, and attack techniques into clear buyer-facing narratives.
  • Teach the market. The definition content, buyer's guide, webinars, and web pages that educate CISOs on a problem they have been told they cannot fix.
  • Lead our flagship research. Partner with product on the findings, perform surveys, write the report, and turn it into something the press repeats.
  • Run campaigns that land. Integrated campaigns and major launch moments, coordinating content, PR support, and analyst briefing preparation with the CEO and VP of Marketing.
  • Arm the field. Pitch decks, battlecards, demo narratives, objection handling, and rep training for our sales team and channel partners.
  • Fuel our alliances. Joint value propositions, integration briefs, and co-marketed campaigns and webinars with our technology and alliance partners.
  • Build the proof. Case studies and references with customer success that give our story its evidence.
  • Drive demand. Account-based plays for top target accounts, nurture flows, and clean lead handoff to sales.
  • Be the voice of the market. Win and loss insights, competitive intelligence, and customer research that shape product and sales.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 4+ years in product marketing. Cybersecurity required, and you have run launches in a high velocity environment.
  • Real security fluency. You have marketed to CISOs and security operations teams and can explain complex technical concepts to buyers. Experience with CTEM, EASM, attack surface management, identity security, or threat intelligence a huge plus.
  • Exceptional writing. Written samples of external-facing content for security buyers. We will ask, and you will be glad we did.
  • Campaign chops. Your campaigns turned into pipeline, and you can prove it. Here you create the content and call the plays. Specialists run them.
  • Self-starter mentality. You thrive as a generalist on a lean, remote team where ownership is the expectation, and you ship fast.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience producing original research or industry reports.
  • Experience with identity protection, threat intelligence, or OSINT.
  • Enjoys public speaking to technical security audiences on webinars and conferences.
