As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Success. You’ll shape how we position our platform in the market, communicate differentiation, and drive adoption of new features. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role in a scaling company—and you’ll be paving the way for MANTL’s future GTM engine.

Responsibilities:

● Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to inform our positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategy
● Collaborate with Product Managers to understand new functionality and prepare GTM materials for launches of all sizes
● Create value propositions, positioning, and messaging that clearly explain MANTLs uniqueness and resonates with our target customers throughout the customer journey for product lines, features, and our platform

● You are a process thinker who is comfortable bending the frameworks you know and use to meet the situation at hand. You are comfortable with ambiguity and being the first PMM
● You are passionate about understanding how customers think and speak about their problems and marrying those problems with our solution
● You value data > opinion and love testing and learning what works in the market
● You thrive on cross-collaborative work, and love “reaching across the aisle” to drive business outcomes

We Are Looking For:

● 5+ years product marketing, product management, product strategy, research,
consulting, or growth marketing experience at a SaaS company
● 2+ years in a Product Marketing Manager role in the fintech or banking space and demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational, and tactical levels

● Experience working on complex, technical products and working closely with product and engineering
● Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing
● Strong ability to write, including for technical audiences
● Experience managing and organizing projects
