About Hightouch

Hightouch is the modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams. Our AI agents reimagine marketing workflows, allowing marketers to create content, plan campaigns, and execute strategies with transformational velocity and performance.

Hightouch is a rare company built on the intersection of two fundamental technological shifts: advances in LLMs and agentic AI, and the creation and rapid adoption of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. Building on these tailwinds, we’ve become a leader in AI marketing and partner with industry leaders like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, and over 1000 others.

Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with first-principles thinking, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.

About The Role

Hightouch is rapidly growing—in no small part due to our strong partnerships with technology and solutions vendors. This role will be a key part of our continued growth. As a Product Marketing Manager, Partnerships, you will work closely with sales and marketing counterparts to deepen relationships and drive new business by marketing to, through, and with our partners.

You’ll be in the thick of building our partner marketing motion. You’ll write blogs; you’ll meet with sales; you’ll develop campaigns; you’ll do whatever it takes to move our partnerships forward.

What You'll Do
  • Partner Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business objectives and aligning marketing efforts to drive mutual success.
  • Product Positioning: Help create and define differentiating positioning for our products and solutions, tailored for each partner.
  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute strategic joint marketing campaigns, sales plays, and co-branded initiatives with partners to raise brand awareness and generate revenue.
  • Content Collaboration: Develop compelling marketing content with and for partners, including blogs, conference presentations, webinars, and other collateral that demonstrate the value of our joint solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop training, resources, and sales plays to enable the partner's sales teams to effectively promote and sell our products and services.
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • GTM Skills: Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Storytelling: Proficient in turning complex, technology-heavy topics into digestible, compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Technical Product Positioning: Ability to understand and clearly articulate the technical aspects and benefits of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Bonus If You Have
  • Partnerships: Experience improving strategic partnerships and marketing within ecosystems, such as Snowflake, Salesforce, or other martech platforms.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced setting while wearing many hats.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, MarTech & lifecycle marketing, AdTech & first-party data in advertising, and/or data warehouses.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$145,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.

Hightouch participates in E-Verify. We will provide the Social Security Administration, and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security, with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
