About the Role
NinjaOne is looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Pendo) to join our Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for a mid-level, junior-leaning PMM generalist who is excited to support both upstream and downstream product marketing efforts while owning the day-to-day management of our Pendo platform.
You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Marketing to help deliver effective in-app experiences, support product launches, and turn product usage data into actionable insights. You won't be expected to do everything alone - this role operates with guidance and collaboration - but you will have clear ownership of execution and continuous improvement with room to grow.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA.

For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $ 14 0,000 to $ 16 0,000 per year.

What You'll be Doing
- Own the day-to-day management of Pendo
- Partner with Product and PMM teams to plan and deliver in-app guides that support onboarding, feature adoption, and product launches
- Manage the localization workflow for Pendo guides by coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholders (translation handled by external partners)
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track guide performance, feature usage, and adoption trends
- Share insights and outcomes with stakeholders to support product and go-to-market decisions
- Follow and help maintain Pendo best practices, including tagging standards, guide naming, and lifecycle management
- Support platform governance by helping manage roles, permissions, and data quality
- Assist in documenting processes and usage guidelines to keep Pendo organized and scalable
- Act as a point of contact for basic Pendo questions and requests from cross-functional teams
- Help enable internal teams by sharing insights, dashboards, and guidance on how Pendo is being used
- Product Marketing (Generalist Support)
- Support end-to-end product marketing activities
- Act as a flexible PMM team member, helping execute priorities across multiple initiatives
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Operations, Growth, or a related SaaS role
- 2+ Years of hands-on experience using Pendo or a similar product analytics / in-app engagement tool
- Strong operational and executional focus, with a willingness to learn across upstream and downstream PMM work
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Operates with adaptability and urgency, excelling in fast-paced, high-growth environments
