Position Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Product Marketing Manager with 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving product adoption, pipeline, and brand visibility through a combination of product marketing, AI-driven marketing, content strategy, and go-to-market execution.
This role owns the end-to-end product marketing function and works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to accelerate customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of the product
- Develop compelling narratives for our target buyers and segments
- Create competitive positioning and differentiation strategies
- Build sales enablement content including presentations, battle cards, case studies, product collateral, and customer stories
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value for prospects and customers
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Lead GTM planning and execution for all product launches, integrations, features, and enhancements
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to understand roadmap priorities and launch readiness requirements
- Develop launch plans, adoption campaigns, and customer communication strategies
- Drive feature awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement initiatives
Thought Leadership & Webinars
- Create whitepapers, reports, videos, customer success stories, and executive presentations
- Organize and host webinars end to end: topic, speakers, promotion, and follow-up
- Establish the brand as a thought leader in our category
Customer Proof & Social Validation
- Create and manage case studies and customer testimonials
- Drive G2 reviews and manage presence across review platforms
- Build a repeatable engine for sourcing and showcasing customer wins
SEO, AEO & Website Growth
- Own organic growth strategy
- Own website page content creation: writing and maintaining product pages, landing pages, and other key site content
- Improve search visibility through SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), content optimization, technical SEO collaboration, and AI search optimization
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Establish and manage marketing KPIs and reporting dashboards
- Track campaign performance and pipeline contribution
- Analyze acquisition funnels, recommend improvements, and report marketing ROI to leadership
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership
- Act as the central marketing owner for all product initiatives
- Ensure alignment between product roadmap, GTM activities, sales enablement, and customer adoption
AI-Powered Marketing
- Use AI for content creation, campaign optimization, SEO, research, competitive intelligence, and audience segmentation
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to product marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, HubSpot AI, and other AI-powered marketing platforms is highly desirable
Requirements
Experience
- 4–8 years in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Content Marketing
- Mandatory experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience marketing SaaS products with measurable business outcomes
- Experience managing product launches and GTM programs
Skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Experience
- Cloud Commerce, Cloud Marketplaces (Azure, AWS, GCP), or Marketplace enablement
- ISV, SaaS platform, subscription management, or FinOps / cloud spend
