About Ture

Ture is building an AI-native, privacy-first platform for career transition and workforce development.

We help employers and public-sector organizations run measurable outplacement, redeployment, and employment programs while giving every participant a private AI career agent that actively moves their transition forward. Ture connects program administrators, job seekers, career practitioners, and hiring employers through one skills-driven platform.

We are an early-stage company working on a meaningful problem: helping people move toward their next opportunity with greater clarity, agency, and support.

The role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define how Ture is positioned, understood, and brought to market.

You will develop messaging for a multi-sided product serving HR leaders, government program administrators, career practitioners, job seekers, and hiring organizations. You will work closely with product, sales, customer success, and company leadership to turn complex capabilities into clear customer value.

This is a foundational product marketing role. You will help establish our positioning, ideal customer profiles, launch process, competitive intelligence, customer proof, and sales-enablement practices.

What you’ll do
  • Own Ture’s positioning, messaging, value propositions, and product narratives.

  • Translate product capabilities into clear benefits for enterprise and public-sector buyers.

  • Develop messaging for different audiences, programs, industries, and buying stages.

  • Lead go-to-market planning for new products, features, integrations, and market segments.

  • Create sales-enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, demo narratives, and objection-handling guides.

  • Partner with product teams to bring customer and market insight into roadmap decisions.

  • Conduct customer, buyer, win-loss, and competitive research.

  • Define ideal customer profiles, personas, use cases, and buying-committee needs.

  • Improve website, campaign, and lifecycle messaging.

  • Equip sales and customer success teams to communicate Ture’s value consistently.

  • Establish metrics for launch readiness, content usage, sales effectiveness, and market adoption.

What you’ll bring
  • 4+ years of product marketing, B2B marketing, product management, or related experience.

  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS products to enterprise or mid-market buyers.

  • Strong writing, storytelling, positioning, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in accessible language.

  • Experience working with sales, product, design, and customer-facing teams.

  • Comfort moving between customer research, strategic thinking, and hands-on content creation.

  • Strong judgment and the ability to create clarity from ambiguity.

Nice to have
  • Experience in HR technology, workforce development, talent, learning, or future-of-work products.

  • Experience marketing AI-enabled products.

  • Experience selling to HR leaders, government agencies, or regulated organizations.

  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations, privacy, security, or compliance requirements.

  • Experience supporting a company through an early go-to-market stage.

What success looks like

Within your first six months, you will have:

  • Established a clear product-positioning and messaging framework.

  • Defined priority personas, use cases, and competitive alternatives.

  • Created a repeatable launch and sales-enablement process.

  • Improved how consistently Ture’s value is communicated across the website, sales process, and product.

  • Given product and commercial teams a stronger shared understanding of our market.
