The Opportunity

Casechek is on a mission to innovate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. From procurement to payment, Casechek automates workflows for vendor supported surgical procedures. Our emergent Bill Only solution provides a comprehensive system of record for Hospitals and Health Systems to manage the complexity of surgical cases with implantable medical devices, expose hidden expenses and surface revenue opportunities.

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation and drive awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue across our Procurement and Payment Solutions. As a trusted partner of our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, this role builds and runs the integrated campaigns, account-based programs, and funnel optimization efforts that turn market interest into qualified pipeline and closed revenue. Ultimately, you will be accountable for the demand engine that fuels Casechek's growth — measured not by activity, but by the pipeline and revenue you generate.

Casechek is a highly collaborative environment, but our team is also self-motivated and works independently. We strongly believe that great ideas are not created in isolation! Our team interacts with our healthcare customers to understand their needs and ultimately deliver the best user experience as possible.

  • We value diversity, curiosity, and a passion for learning. The team has a lot of advanced degrees and even a few professional musicians.
  • Innovating the implant supply chain is a marathon and not a sprint – we support each other in long-term growth and value developing transferrable skills.
About You
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You build the plan and can run the campaigns.
  • Analytical and outcome-driven; you instinctively tie marketing spend and activity back to pipeline and revenue.
  • Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Healthcare industry experience, ideally in Healthcare Technology, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle, Medical Devices, or Hospital Operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluent in the modern demand-gen stack.  Including CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and analytics. Need to be comfortable owning the numbers.
Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution, building and managing integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and create opportunities for the Commercial team.

  • Continuously analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment to inform where to invest next.

Marketing Operations:

  • Manage the marketing automation platform and its integration with Salesforce to ensure clean data, reliable lead flow, and accurate reporting across the funnel.

Sales & Marketing Alignment:

  • Partner closely with Sales on shared pipeline goals, service-level agreements for lead follow-up, and feedback loops that keep targeting, messaging, and handoffs tight.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to align campaigns with launches, expansion motions, and the realities of customer needs in market.
 Requirements
  • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing.
