As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the storytelling, messaging, and positioning for our solution. You will drive awareness and adoption of our unique and differentiated products. You will bring meaningful insights to the cross-functional team to help inform the product roadmap, marketing campaigns, and sales plays. 

You have strong verbal and written communication skills and have a knack for translating complex technical concepts into compelling stories that resonate with our target personas. You’ve developed, executed, and measured end-to-end product launches, and enjoy working cross-functionally. 

Responsibilities 

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch:Plan and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, including Tier. Lead cross-functional launch initiatives from inception through post-launch analysis, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing.  
  • Product Positioning & Messaging:Create and refine compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with technical audiences, clearly communicating the value and differentiation of our products. Ensure consistency in product storytelling.  
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:Conduct market research, competitive landscape analysis, and customer insight gathering to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions. Synthesize feedback to identify market needs, translating these insights into actionable GTM tactics.  
  • Sales Enablement & GTM Execution:Develop and deliver effective sales enablement tools and training – from pitch decks and demos to battle. Drive GTM plays and campaigns (enablement sessions, developer evangelism, partner marketing, etc.) that increase product adoption and pipeline.  
  • Customer Engagement & Growth: “Close the loop” on marketing efforts by monitoring KPIs (e.g. activation, adoption rates, retention, revenue impact) for each launch and campaign. Iterate on product positioning, improve user retention strategies, and inform future product roadmaps. Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and work with Customer Success to drive expansion within the customer base. 

Requirements 

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing for software or SaaS products (B2B technology preferred), including at least 1 year focused on developer-centric products (g. developer tools, APIs, or platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to synthesize market research, competitive data, and customer insights into actionable marketing strategies that influence product direction and drive business outcomes 

Nice to Haves  

  • Experience launching AI-driven capabilities or leveraging AI tools for marketing automation and personalization.
  • Familiarity with front-end web development or prior experience in sales or solutions engineering.
