WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for equipping the revenue team with training, tools, and expertise to effectively sell our world-class products, while empowering advisors to fully understand and appreciate their value.

  1. Lead Sales Enablement and Revenue Readiness: Own the end-to-end readiness of sales and customer success teams. Translate product features into sales narratives, battle cards, and talk tracks. Ensure every rep can articulately demo new and existing features with confidence. 
  2. Develop and Manage Revenue Onboarding: Build and administer a standardized product onboarding curriculum for new sales and CS hires to ensure faster ramp times and consistent messaging from day 1.
  3. Define and Maintain Product Messaging: Act as the keeper of Nitrogen’s platform messaging by establishing a clear and consistent articulation of our products’ and features’ value, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
  4. Develop Internal and External Training Content: Develop engaging training content, demo decks, and presentations for both online and in-person events. Execute continuous training cycles to ensure the team remains fluent in the latest product launches and market changes.
  5. Master Industry Knowledge: Become the go-to expert on relevant wealth management technology solutions, creating comparative materials that effectively position Nitrogen in the marketplace.
  6. Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using these insights to inform product development, marketing strategies and sales enablement content.
  7. Coordinate and Systemize Product Launches and Go-To-Markets: Oversee the execution of product launches and feature updates, ensuring timely and targeted delivery of materials to appropriate audiences to maximize impact.
  8. Optimize Product Pages and Knowledge Base: Manage product pages and the Knowledge Base to ensure high-quality, consistent written and visual content.
  9. Develop Multimedia Campaign Content: Write compelling scripts and storyboards for multimedia campaigns.
  10. Implement Customer Feedback Loop and Performance Tracking: Establish and maintain a robust feedback loop with customers and sales teams to gather insights on product performance and customer satisfaction, combined with performance data to drive continuous product improvements.

Requirements
  1. 4+ years of Product Marketing and/or Sales Enablement experience required with preference in Fintech or Wealth Management.
  2. Strong understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) and managing product launches.
  3. Unique ability to articulate the value of SaaS solutions in a wealth management context.
  4. Masterful written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in the language of our core audiences: advisors, broker-dealers, corporate RIAs, custodians, and asset managers.
  6. A design eye for accuracy and continuity in visual media.
  7. Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  8. Capable of conducting meticulous follow-up and being a leader. Doesn’t drop the ball.
  9. Ability to internalize the company’s “voice”: a hybrid of financial services professionalism, technology company innovation and attention-grabbing straight talk that shows the attitude, personality, and culture of our company.

The expected compensation range for this role is a $85k-$95k + annual bonus target.

Lesser experience may result in lower compensation and greater experience may result in greater compensation than the stated range.
