At Qu you’ll find a fun, dynamic, and diverse culture that celebrates team and individual success. Our people are down to earth, trail blazin’ folks who value innovation.
While mostly virtual, we collaborate closely to produce leading-edge software solutions much needed in the restaurant industry.

Qu is seeking a motivated Product Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. If you're an analytical thinker with a passion for connecting customers with solutions, enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced environment, and excel at crafting compelling product positioning and go-to-market strategies, we want to hear from you!

As a product marketing professional, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of restaurant technology by bridging the gap between customer needs and innovative solutions. You’ll leverage your expertise in messaging, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful campaigns and deliver measurable results.

At Qu you will have the following focus areas:

Product Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of Qu’s products with a focus on Qu’s Smart Kitchen (e.g., Energy Management, AI-powered Promised Ready Time, Production Optimization Board) to articulate how they solve operational challenges for quick service and fast casual brands.
  • Assist in updating product collateral (one-sheets, FAQs, website copy) to reflect latest capabilities like predictive maintenance and energy optimization.
  • Understand how the Smart Kitchen integrates with Qu’s journey of take, make, and serve, as well as other Qu solutions in the portfolio, and how these aspects complement each other (1+1 = 3).

Campaign & Content Support

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create social media posts, email campaigns, and presentations highlighting key benefits (e.g., 50% faster prep times, 15% energy savings).
  • Draft customer testimonials and case studies showcasing Smart Kitchen's success in reducing food waste or improving order accuracy.

Market & Competitive Insights

  • Conduct research on restaurant technology trends (e.g., demand for IoT kitchen tools, AI-driven forecasting) to inform messaging.
  • To refine Qu's positioning, monitor competitor solutions, such as energy management, equipment monitoring, and compliance automation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with sales to ensure that Smart Kitchen's collateral (one-sheets, competitive briefs) aligns with its ROI-driven use cases.
  • Coordinate with product, sales, customer success, and marketing on timelines and asset distribution for new features to support product launches.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in product marketing or a related field (internships included). Restaurant experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Suite; familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, and other marketing platforms is a plus.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about the restaurant tech industry.
