Super Dispatch is building the end-to-end platform that powers the future of car shipping. Our mission is to help carriers, shippers, and brokers move vehicles smarter, faster, and more efficiently through simple, intuitive, and automated software.

We are a product-led growth (PLG) company at our core — we believe the product itself is the primary driver of customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. Data, experimentation, and deep customer understanding guide how we build, launch, and grow our platform.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help define, position, and bring our products to market. This is a highly impactful individual contributor role that reports to the CMO and sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales. You will play a critical role in shaping how our products are understood, adopted, and valued by the market.

In this role, you will own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for key product areas across the Super Dispatch platform. You will work closely with Product and Marketing partners to drive adoption through product-led motions, experimentation, and continuous iteration. This role is ideal for a strategic product marketer with a growth hacking mindset and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner on a daily basis with the Product, Sales and Marketing teams and product adoption and messaging.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches, with a strong focus on product-led adoption, monetization and expansion.
  • Drive feature adoption and revenue impact through in-product messaging, lifecycle campaigns, and experimentation.
  • Own positioning and messaging for core products and features across the Super Dispatch platform.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with target personas.
  • Apply growth hacking principles: rapid testing, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and continuous optimization of messaging and flows.
  • Enable Sales with clear narratives, competitive positioning, and launch materials.
  • Conduct and synthesize customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Define success metrics for launches and messaging, analyze results, and iterate quickly based on performance.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Content to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across channels.
What You Need
  • 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment supporting self-serve, freemium, or trial-based GTM motions.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, activation, and expansion through product-led and lifecycle strategies.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, growth loops, and growth hacking techniques.
  • Experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for complex, multi-persona products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and execution.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills across written and verbal formats.
  • Comfort operating with high ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience influencing pricing and packaging strategy.
  • Background in logistics, transportation, two-sided marketplaces or vertical SaaS
Why Super Dispatch
  • High ownership and direct impact on how our product grows through PLG motions.
  • Opportunity to own and craft the narrative and adoption strategy of a complex, multi-sided platform.
  • A culture that values experimentation, speed, and learning over red-tape.
  • Competitive compensation and a global-first remote work environment.

What We Offer

  • Unlimited Vacation (PTO)
  • Fully remote/work from home role
  • Gym membership/wellness stipend
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
