What You’ll Do

As a Product Marketing Manager at Suite, you’ll be the voice of our product in the market, defining positioning, driving go-to-market execution, and enabling our sales and customer teams to win. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to shape how Suite’s product value is communicated, adopted, and expanded. You’ll focus on the intersection of product, customer insights, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Define and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate across buyer personas and use cases.
    Go-to-Market Leadership: Plan and lead go-to-market launches for major features, releases, and campaigns cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing.

  • Sales Enablement: Build sales tools, battle cards, talk tracks, demos, and collateral that empower sellers to communicate product value effectively and drive pipeline.

  • Customer Insights: Conduct customer and market research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and market prioritization.

  • Content Creation: Partner with Content & Design to create product narratives for blogs, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership that drive awareness and demand.

  • Performance & Feedback Loop: Track and measure the effectiveness of product messaging, launches, and enablement efforts; iterate based on performance and feedback.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience.

  • Must have media/entertainment industry experience.

  • Strong strategic storyteller with experience building clear, differentiated product narratives.

  • Cross-functional collaborator who can translate complex product features into tangible business value.

  • Strong technical fluency — able to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into customer-facing messaging.

  • Experience supporting go-to-market efforts within partner ecosystems or platform integrations, including joint launches, co-marketing, or partner sales enablement.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to internal teams and external audiences.

  • Experience with competitive analysis, buyer research, and customer segmentation.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with product and engineering to define pricing, packaging, and feature prioritization.

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Sigma, and other CRM and product analytics platforms.
