About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager, ASCEND works independently and collaboratively to execute department activities and drive strategic growth for A-LIGN’s audit management platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of go-to-market tactics, messaging, and demand generation initiatives that define how our software is perceived in the market. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will provide exceptional creative strategies and deep B2B SaaS expertise to help the continued growth of our fast-paced company through the development of compelling narratives. A-LIGN will depend on you as the Product Marketing Manager to support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Service Delivery to elevate our brand awareness and drive significant pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling messaging frameworks for our audit management platform, A-SCEND 
  • Develop enablement materials such as pitch decks,one sheets,battlecards, discovery guides, and objection-handling resources
  • Engage regularly with customers tovalidatemessaging and positioning, while proactivelyidentifyingemerging industry trends
  • Serve asthe internal marketing expert on the competitive technology and partnerecosystem toenablestrategic programming and differentiated positioning  
  • Maintain deep market awareness, including regulatory shifts and standardchanges, andtranslateinsightsinto actionableGTMstrategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally withservicedelivery,salesenablement,sales, andmarketing to execute integrated go-to-market plans
  • Partner with demand generation teams to design and launch campaigns that drive awareness and customer retention 
Minimum Qualifications 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other relevant fields preferred 

 EXPERIENCE 

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years focusedintheB2B Saas space
  • Proven experience product launch frameworks and go-to-market planning
  • Demonstrated success in developing messaging frameworks and creating effective sales enablement content 

 SKILLS 

  • Proven ability to collaborate and influencecross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and audience alignment
  • Proficiencyusing AI and analytics tools to uncover customer insights and accelerate value delivery
