We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA OR Austin, TX office.
Job Summary
The Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Patient Access solution, which leverages biometric technology to accurately identify patients throughout the care journey. In this role, you will develop customer-centric messaging, create content across the buyer journey, support product launches, and deliver sales enablement and training materials. You will also act as a subject matter expert on market trends and customer needs, helping position Imprivata's solution to address the critical challenge of patient misidentification and improve patient safety. As part of a collaborative product marketing team, you will work cross-functionally to drive product adoption and GTM success. The role may also include supporting broader marketing initiatives, cross-product efforts, and special projects to help advance team processes and organizational goals.

This position offers a total compensation range of $121,800 to $148,050.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Guide the prioritization and execution of key activities to drive new bookings, customer adoption, customer expansion, and product retention.
- Develop and own messaging, positioning, and sales/partner/marketing enablement materials for Imprivata's Patient Access product.
- Conduct comparative research to comprehend how competitors address customer challenges and refine differentiated messaging and content accordingly.
- Own the execution of product launches including developing training, content, and communications to create awareness and drive pipeline amongst customers and prospects
- Create and execute content plans to drive awareness and generate demand for Imprivata's products and services.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts and international GTM teams to adjust messaging and content.
- Develop compelling training materials-including live trainings, objection handling resources, cheat sheets, and certification courses.
- Act as the "voice of the customer" by conducting customer interviews and incorporating customer insights and feedback into messaging and collateral.
- Identify and develop responses to competitor news, regulatory changes, or other market activities relevant to customer access management challenges.
- Serve as the go-to resource for sales, marketing, and other customer-facing teams, providing expertise on how Imprivata address customer challenges.
- Develop, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) - aligned to broader strategic marketing priorities - to measure product marketing efficacy.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, computer science, or engineering required.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or a related function for technology driven solutions.
- Experience marketing identity and access management and marketing to healthcare delivery organizations is preferred.
- Team player possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from verbal and written information
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Highspot (or similar content management system), and MSFT Teams (or similar collaboration tools) highly desired.
- Ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
