The Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategies for an AI product, manage launches, create marketing content, and drive community growth initiatives.
We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join a fast-moving team launching a new AI SaaS product focused on SMBs. This product is a no-code voice agent platform that helps businesses automate customer interactions, including bookings, reservations, and support.
This is a 0→1 role where you’ll work closely with founders and the Head of GTM to build the product marketing foundation from scratch, covering user insights, messaging, content, and launch execution.
Employment Type: Full-time (Initial 3-month contract: April–June 2026, with potential for extension or conversion).
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
PRODUCT MARKETING
- Conduct user interviews and customer research, synthesising insights into actionable product and marketing recommendations.
- Build foundational product marketing assets, including knowledge base content, help guides, FAQs, and onboarding documentation.
- Create demo videos and use case content, including scripting, recording, and editing product walkthroughs.
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on real user feedback.
- Establish a feedback loop between users and product teams to accelerate product-market fit.
LAUNCH & PARTNER MANAGEMENT
- Project manage Product Hunt launch agency, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and launch readiness.
- Coordinate with KOL / influencer agencies, ensuring content quality, alignment, and timely execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, GTM, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- At least 3-7 years of experience in product marketing for SaaS or AI products, ideally in early-stage or startup environments.
- Proven ability to build product marketing foundations (documentation, demos, messaging) from scratch.
- Strong experience conducting user interviews and translating insights into product and GTM improvements.
- Ability to create content independently, including writing and producing demo or product walkthrough videos.
- Experience managing external agencies and multiple workstreams.
- A hands-on, execution-focused mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.

- Based in or familiar with the San Francisco Bay Area ecosystem.
- Fluent in Mandarin for cross-border collaboration.
- Experience with Product Hunt launches (direct or via agency).
- Exposure to AI, voice AI, conversational AI, or developer-focused products.
- Experience with community events, hackathons, or developer engagement initiatives.
