About the Job:

LaunchDarkly is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help translate our market narrative into pipeline and revenue. You'll work across product launches, content, sales enablement, and GTM experimentation — partnering closely with campaigns, sales, and product to understand what's working, what's not, and what needs to be built. This role blends execution with problem-solving: you'll support the GTM systems and develop the assets that keep the engine running, while diagnosing where it breaks and helping fix it. It's a role for someone who thrives on variety, moves fast, and wants to see their work directly reflected in how a new category lands in market.

Responsibilities:
  • Support product launches across the platform: coordinate timelines, messaging, and sales enablement materials so launches ship on schedule and reps have what they need to sell
  • Participate in GTM learning loops: partner with campaign and digital marketing teams to execute tests across ads, sales plays, and campaigns; synthesize results and surface findings to inform next steps
  • Develop content that supports awareness and pipeline: write launch content, blog posts, ebooks, and SEO/GEO-driven assets that reinforce positioning and support demand generation efforts
  • Maintain messaging consistency: update narrative and messaging across customer touchpoints as positioning evolves, coordinating with sales, campaigns, and product to ensure alignment
  • Collaborate with sales, enablement, and campaigns: work with AEs and cross-functional partners to identify where deals stall and contribute assets and plays that address needs
  • Track the customer journey: monitor how prospects move from awareness to pipeline, identify where conversions drop off in the funnel, flag findings to the appropriate teams for resolution, and contribute to solutions that address gaps
  • Contribute to scalable GTM assets: document what works and help develop templates, talk tracks, and repeatable resources that improve team effectiveness
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in product marketing, GTM, sales enablement, or a related B2B SaaS role
  • Track record of building trust with sales and influencing cross-functional partners
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to completion
  • Strong writing skills and high-bar for quality content, with examples that drove measurable business outcomes
  • Hungry to learn, picks up new concepts quickly, and takes feedback as fuel

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Technical background or experience marketing to developer or engineering audiences
  • Experience in developer tools, DevOps, or technical B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and building AI-powered workflows
