We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This position is crucial in bridging the gap between product development and sales, ensuring our LMS solutions effectively meet market needs and are communicated compellingly to our audiences. As a Product Marketing Manager at Schoox, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive product adoption and growth.

How You Will Impact Schoox

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Utilize insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content, including product collateral, case studies, webinars, blogs, and sales enablement materials, to support product awareness and lead generation.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to provide tools and training that enhance their ability to sell our products effectively. Develop sales presentations, product demos, and FAQs.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and build advocacy. Use insights to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock options. The salary range for this role is: $100k - $130k
