About the role:

As the Product Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our product and partner go-to-market initiatives. You will focus on the tactical creation and execution of high-impact marketing assets that fuel product adoption and partner success.

Reporting to the Manager of Product and Partner Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Partnerships. Your mission is to translate product features into compelling narratives and visual assets that resonate with our customers and empower our sales teams and partners.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Marketing Asset Creation and Management
    • Support the creation and management of product marketing assets, including sales collateral, website content, and presentations
    • Produce engaging demo videos and visual guides that simplify the Branch experience for various personas
    • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with our core messaging framework across all touchpoints
  • New Product & Feature Launches
    • Collaborate across teams (Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Professional Services) to execute launch plans for new features and products
    • Execute tactical rollouts that ensure all internal and external stakeholders are aligned with business objectives
  • Sales Enablement & Partner Activation
    • Equip the Sales team with accurate, compelling materials to communicate value propositions and overcome objections
    • Maintain our library of sales enablement materials, including case studies, product one-pagers, slide decks, and website copy
    • Develop partner-specific collateral, such as co-branded one-pagers and slide decks designed for our partners' sales teams to sell Branch effectively
    • Support  end-to-end execution of marketing activities aimed at a partner’s customer or prospect base
  • Marketplace Optimization
    • Own the Branch presence on partners’ marketplaces 
    • Test and optimize copy and visuals to maximize conversion and drive high-quality inbound leads from partners

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Sales Enablement (B2B SaaS or Fintech experience is a plus)
  • Content Creation: A strong portfolio of written and visual work (decks, one-pagers, videos, or scripts)
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning the "ins and outs" of a technical product and translating it into benefits that resonate with real customer needs
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Tools: Familiarity with design tools (Figma), video recording software (Loom, Descript), and CRM/Automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and an aptitude for testing, learning, and utilizing AI tools

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $80-90k.

The salary range displayed reflects an average base salary range for the position across all the U.S. The base salary offered to an applicant could be higher or lower based on each applicant's specific skill set, depth of experience, relevant education or training, etc. 

Location:

This position is classified as REMOTE within the United States of America.

We are unable to hire candidates located outside of the domestic U.S.
