We encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds to apply.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

“Build the right thing right. Build the right thing efficiently.”
If that mantra speaks to you, read on.

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager who brings structure to the complex, clarity to the ambiguous, and consistency to the fast-moving world of product development. In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner behind the scenes, ensuring that our product teams can move faster, communicate more clearly, and execute more confidently. You’ll guide processes, streamline tools, and anchor cross-functional efforts — all while keeping your eyes on the details that matter most.

This role is ideal for someone who leads with logic, communicates with conviction, and supports teams with calm confidence.

Why This Role Matters

Your work ensures that product development isn’t just fast — it’s sustainable, scalable, and smart. You’ll help us build the right things and build them well, creating a product operations foundation that teams trust and rely on.

What You'll DoGovernance
  • Own and evolve governance in the Execute phase of our Product Development Lifecycle, enabling consistency in how we plan, track, and test product releases.
  • Partner with Engineering and PMs to align on Operational Metrics and maintain Jira hygiene.
Process & Tooling
  • Own and evolve tools and workflows that support effective execution, with a focus on Jira optimization and end-to-end UAT program management.
  • Introduce thoughtful automation (Slack, Miro, LaunchDarkly, etc.) to increase efficiency and visibility into execution work.
  • Drive consistency in sprint tracking and reporting (Sprint Notes, Operational Metrics).
  • Expand and evolve test planning practices — including templates, test environments, and a growing library of self-serve resources.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on feature flag strategies and product representation during Sprint Reviews.
Insights & Feedback Loops
  • Act as the critical connection point between Execution and Release Management.
  • Own and evolve sprint-level insights (Sprint Notes, Operational Metrics) to help us surface issues early and often.
  • Collaborate across teams (e.g., Production Support, Revenue, Engineering) to drive resolution of quality issues.
  • Support the planning and execution of high-stakes, cross-team initiatives where clarity, speed, and alignment are crucial.
Team Enablement & Influence
  • Track and flag missed dependencies to keep delivery on course.
  • Provide structure, accountability, and encouragement to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Who You Are
  • A natural organizer and systems thinker, energized by bringing clarity to chaos.
  • A confident communicator who earns trust across teams and isn’t afraid to push for what’s needed.
  • Someone who thrives at the intersection of tools, process, and people — and knows when to lean into each.
  • You care about efficiency not for its own sake, but because it frees people up to do their best work.
  • You’re not afraid to ask “why,” advocate for better ways of working, and coach teams toward continuous improvement.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience, including time as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.

Ready to bring your practical wisdom to a growing, fast-paced team? Apply now and help us execute with clarity, speed, and impact.

Why Join Us?

This is a chance to make a real difference in how we build and deliver our products. You'll have the freedom to drive thoughtful improvements, the opportunity to put your ideas into practice, and the chance to work with a team that values wise leadership and real progress. If you're ready to take on this opportunity and help us work even better, we encourage you to apply.
