We take ownership, seek excellence, and play to win with the seriousness and camaraderie of an Olympic team. Onebrief operates as an all-remote company, though many of our employees work alongside our customers at military commands around the world.

Founded in 2019 by a group of experienced planners, today, Onebrief’s team spans veterans from all forces and global organizations, and technologists from leading-edge software companies. We’ve raised $320m+ from top-tier investors, including Battery Ventures, General Catalyst, Sapphire Ventures, Insight Partners, and Human Capital, and today, Onebrief is valued at $2.15B. With this continued growth, Onebrief is able to make an impact where it matters most.

Your will help make product decisions faster, clearer, and more evidence‑based, while running crisp operating rhythms that help teams ship with confidence in high‑stakes, mission‑critical environments.

What you will achieveInputs to Product Teams

  • Streamline key decision points for product teams and impacted partners so decisions are timely and well‑informed

Product Launches
  • Partner with Product Marketing and GTM leadership to own product launch coordination and execution across the organization

  • Run Early Access and beta programs that validate hypotheses and improve product quality

  • Maintain launch processes that let us ship with confidence and monitor impact in production

  • Make clear to all of Onebrief what Product is working on, why it matters, and how it's going

How you’ll operate
  1. Process and Practices Management: Be the “PM of PMs” who reinforces consistent, pragmatic practices so teams hit milestones and maintain quality bars.

  2. Streamlining Feedback Loops: Maintain feedback databases, coordinate interviews, and ensure signals convert into decisions and backlog changes.

  3. Business Data and Market Intelligence: Build durable pipelines for customer and application data, both qualitative and quantitative; curate and deliver intelligence to inform prioritization and design.

This role is pivotal to our mission. You’ll collaborate across EPD and go‑to‑market, applying operational discipline to accelerate outcomes that matter for defense and coalition users.

You must have an active SECRET clearance or higher, and be willing to travel domestically and internationally roughly 40% of the time.

You combine strategic judgment with operational excellence, balancing user empathy with data‑driven rigor. You care deeply about building tools that work in real‑world, time‑sensitive contexts.

  • AI literacy and enthusiasm for leveraging modern tools to automate and improve product operations

  • A bridge builder who connects strategy to execution and creates alignment across teams; comfortable creating structure amid ambiguity
