We're seeking a Product Operations Manager to join our growing Product team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team where you will be focused on leveling up the operational foundation that powers the MyPrize product machine and drives repeatable and measurable growth.

The Role:
As Product Operations Manager at MyPrize, you'll drive the systems and processes that make MyPrize’s product engine unstoppable. You'll work to optimize product team efficiency by defining processes, managing tools, streamlining workflows, and aligning strategy with execution, while working cross-functionally with the Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams with a focus on data-driven improvements. The Product Operations Manager role will strategically balance agile execution with operational excellence to drive key product initiatives from planning, execution, to measurement and iteration.

You'll play a central role in driving and evolving MyPrize's product operations workflows, helping us scale what's working and optimize what's next across MyPrize Games, MyPrize Markets, MyPrize Livestreaming, and more.

What you will do at MyPrize:
  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Optimize and implement enhancements across our product and feature development processes, including operational and release workflows, with a focus on streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, and improving overall execution.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Liaise between Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics functions to ensure shared alignment and smooth execution against company-wide goals.
  • Product Strategy & Planning: Define product roadmaps and business objectives, translating them into actionable product and technical workflows.
  • Execution & Delivery: Own and drive complex, high-impact programs (Atlassian Jira, Figma, and others), manage games content timelines, and support product management in distributing resources efficiently to support cross-functional dependencies.
  • Technical Expertise: Drive platform improvements, assess team performance metrics, and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for continuous product enhancements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps, resolve issues, and drive efficiency improvements in engineering and product management functions.
  • Data & Performance Monitoring: Partner with Analytics function to analyze user activity, build experiments, define KPIs, and monitor product performance, using data to inform product workflows and operational processes.
  • Tool & System Management: Manage, optimize, and ensure effective use of relevant tools and platforms for the Product team.
  • AI Focus: Help drive AI strategy for relevant tools, automation, and systems to improve product team efficiency and identify potential new AI-supported tools and processes to enhance efficiency.

What you bring to MyPrize:
  • 3-5 years experience in product or operations functions, ideally at a high-growth consumer tech, gaming, or SaaS company.
  • Strong operational instincts, helping product initiatives run smoothly.
  • Bottleneck prevention skills at all layers of the product organization including everything from executing on live products to the launch of all new innovative product lines. 
  • Prioritization skills that balance speed with the pursuit of excellence and perfection.
  • Clear and effective communicator with excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with data analysis. You know what metrics matter, how to build meaningful reports, and when insights should drive action. SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • A systematic mindset. You thrive on creating processes, managing complex calendars, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing product and feature launches and working with key tools and stakeholders to deliver measurable impact on performance and team efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent launches and deadlines without compromising quality.
