Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our North America team. This role requires maintaining deep product expertise in assigned financial solutions to assist sellers in landing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting solutions and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into business value.  This position is a full time remote role and reports into the Division VP – Product Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Sales Support

  • Maintain deep product expertise in assigned financial reporting and data management solutions
  • Promote assigned product(s) through focused solutions presentations to drive land and expand opportunities
  • Engage proactively in the sales process when opportunities are identified by BDR, Account Executive, or Account Manager teams
  • Provide technical and functional support during solution design and proposal development
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase value for finance and accounting teams

Financial Systems & Migrations

  • Lead assessment of legacy financial reporting systems and execute migration strategies
  • Support customers transitioning from legacy ERP, EPM, or financial consolidation platforms
  • Develop migration roadmaps that minimize business disruption while maximizing product adoption
  • Provide expertise in financial close, consolidation, reporting, planning, and forecasting workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with BDRs during qualification of new opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to deliver value propositions and validate product fit
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to identify additional use cases and drive expansion within existing accounts
  • Support Solutions Engineers in providing comprehensive technical expertise
  • Enable Hybrid Sellers with product knowledge and competitive positioning

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Deep expertise in financial reporting solutions including financial close, consolidation, management reporting, and regulatory reporting
  • Strong understanding of financial systems architecture and data flows
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and their reporting limitations
  • Knowledge of EPM/CPM platforms and financial data integration
  • Familiarity with financial data governance, controls, and audit requirements

Business Acumen

  • Understanding of finance and accounting business processes, including month-end close, consolidation, and variance analysis
  • Ability to speak the language of CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors
  • Experience articulating ROI and business value for financial transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (SOX, IFRS, GAAP)

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in financial systems, reporting solutions, or related roles
  • Proven track record supporting enterprise software sales cycles
  • Experience with complex B2B sales processes in financial technology
  • Background in consulting, implementation, or product management for financial solutions preferred

Soft Skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in an overlay quota-carrying role
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams



The salary range in United States of America for this position is 124,000.00 to 156,000.00 USD Annual.

Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
