Job Description

As a Product Solutions Engineer at Base44, you'll be the primary technical expert for our most strategic customers and partners. You’ll bridge the gap between our customers' ambitious ideas and the power of our AI platform, turning complex business needs into functional, elegant applications. You won't just be demonstrating features; you'll be building tailored solutions, proofs-of-concept, and innovative workflows that showcase what’s truly possible with Base44.

This is a critical, cross-functional role where you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive adoption, shape our roadmap, and ensure our users can build the software they envision.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Sales and lead technical calls, understanding customer goals, challenges, and requirements.

  • Design, build, and present custom demos and proofs-of-concept (POCs) on the Base44 platform that solve real-world business problems for prospective and existing customers.

  • Serve as the go-to technical expert for enterprise customers on the Base44 platform, its capabilities, integration patterns, and best practices.

  • Debug and troubleshoot complex technical challenges during the pre-sales and implementation phases, identifying creative solutions and workarounds.

  • Translate customer feedback and complex use cases into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing the future of the platform.

  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable solutions and best-practice guides to empower both customers and internal teams.

  • Stay on the cutting edge of our platform’s features, constantly experimenting and pushing the boundaries of what can be built.

Qualifications

  • 3+  years of experience in a hands-on technical role such as a Software Engineer or Web Developer.

  • Proven experience building and delivering complex demos or POCs for a SaaS or platform product.

  • Hands-on experience with web technologies, including APIs, data structure, webhooks, and data modeling.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A creative and strategic problem-solver who is passionate about finding elegant solutions to challenging problems.

  • Experience with JavaScript, React, or other modern frontend frameworks is a significant advantage.

  • Passion for and experience with low-code/no-code or AI-driven development tools.
