We are currently seeking a highly driven Product Specialist to join our Land team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
The Sales & Product Liaison - Tracts is responsible for serving as the primary bridge between Enverus Sales and Tracts. This role enables successful go-to-market execution of the joint Tracts and Enverus Courthouse 3.0 solutions by supporting client-facing demos, gathering market feedback, and ensuring seamless onboarding for new customers.
The Liaison will develop deep expertise in both the Tracts platform and Enverus Courthouse 3.0, working closely with sales teams, product leadership, and clients to drive adoption, improve user experience, and support continuous product and process improvements. This individual will play a key role in translating client needs into actionable insights for leadership, including the VP of Land at Enverus and the CEO of Tracts.
Performance Objectives
Sales Enablement & Client Demonstrations
  • Partner with Enverus Sales team members to support client-facing engagements and live product demonstrations.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Tracts and Enverus Courthouse 3.0 functionality, workflows, and value propositions.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits, use cases, and differentiators of the joint solution to prospective clients.
  • Tailor demos based on client needs, workflows, and technical sophistication.

Client Feedback & Product Insights
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from client meetings, demos, and onboarding sessions.
  • Translate client needs, pain points, and feature requests into clear, actionable insights.
  • Provide regular feedback summaries to the VP/GM of Land & Title at Enverus and the CEO of Tracts.
  • Identify trends in client feedback to inform product roadmap priorities and enhancements.

Post-Sales Onboarding & Training
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new joint clients during onboarding.
  • Conduct post-sale product training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the Tracts solution.
  • Partner with clients to align platform usage with their business workflows and objectives.
  • Proactively identify onboarding risks and address gaps to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Cross-Organization Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between Enverus Sales, Tracts leadership, and product teams.
  • Ensure alignment between sales messaging, product capabilities, and client expectations.
  • Communicate updates, client needs, and field insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support coordination of joint initiatives between Enverus and Tracts teams.

Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve demo processes, onboarding workflows, and training materials.
  • Assist in the development of enablement resources, including demo scripts, training guides, and best practices.
  • Contribute to standardizing client onboarding and feedback collection processes.

Competitive Candidate Profile
  • Strong understanding of land, title, or courthouse research workflows (preferred).
  • Experience supporting SaaS sales cycles, product demonstrations, or client onboarding.
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new platforms and technical workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an ability to synthesize feedback into actionable recommendations.
  • Self-starter who can operate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: 80,000 - 90,000
