Does the ever-changing dynamics of technology excite you?  Are you driven by the opportunity to make the lives of customers easier by teaching them to use everything they have at their disposal?

With the high level of technical interfacing systems on our new vehicles, we are looking for a team of six individuals to head up the industry’s first Ford Customer Tech Guru Team.  You will be working directly with customers on every electronic aspect of the vehicles and how to use them directly with their mobile devices. With everything from Ford SYNC, Apple Play, Travel Link and many other applications it can be overwhelming to our customers.  It will be your job to walk them through and set them up with the application that works best for their everyday lives.

Most people purchasing these vehicles have a hard-enough time just figuring out their phones and the capabilities of it.  We are now adding ways to make the mobile devices more capable with the utilization of applications in automobiles. They end up frustrated and feel that they have bought something that they do not even feel like they need.  It is our job to put together the applications that can make their lives easier and allow them to enjoy their vehicles as they were meant to be.
