Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking an organized and dependable Production Assistant to support our day-to-day production and operational activities in Austin, TX.

In this role, you will work closely with team members and supervisors to help coordinate tasks, maintain organized workflows, prepare materials, and ensure daily operations run efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and is eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily production and operational activities.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain materials and necessary resources.
  • Support team members with scheduling, coordination, and task execution.
  • Monitor workflow and help ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain organized work areas, records, and operational documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Assist with resolving routine operational issues as they arise.
  • Follow established procedures, quality standards, and company guidelines.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
