What this job involves:

Support Producers and Production teams in marketing real estate transactions from start to finish as a Production Associate. This role combines administrative support with creative production, requiring both graphic design expertise and strong organizational skills. You'll assist with marketing materials preparation, manage databases, coordinate with design teams and vendors, while providing comprehensive support to ensure seamless transaction execution. This position offers exposure to all aspects of commercial real estate marketing and production in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Provide administrative and production support including typing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing calendars
  • Assist Producer and Analysts in preparing marketing materials including proposals, agreements, offering memorandums, and due diligence data
  • Create customized property information materials, market analysis, and targeted client research using graphic design skills
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations by pulling data from various sources including maps, charts, logos, and pictures
  • Maintain internal web-based database, manage deal statuses, press releases, and send email blasts
  • Coordinate graphic design with design team, work with vendors for photography, and organize deal-related correspondence
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 0-3 years of related administrative, marketing, or communications experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Design Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop)
  • High School graduate required (college a plus)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical, and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred qualification:

  • Real Estate/Finance background preferred
  • Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
  • Database experience is a plus
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work overtime on short notice and provide backup support

Location: Office setting (Onsite)

Work Shift: Standard business hours with overtime as needed
