The Production Coordinator supports production through data management, workflow scheduling, inventory control, and reporting, ensuring efficiency in production operations.
Job Purpose:
Our Production Coordinator will support the Production team through data entry, collection and analysis, inventory and material management and report generation. This role will also manage production workflow, monitor and arrange job schedules into production and will be responsible for other assigned duties.Job Responsibilities:
● Gather and collect data through various databases, ensuring data accuracy.● Create long-term planning of production requirements.
● Collect and report out on production metrics.
● Monitor production throughout shifts and report constraints.
● Create and organize schedule to support production needs and make timely updates.
● Facilitate regular inventory and cycle counts.
● Research error discrepancy on material and finished goods.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Ability to work extended hours.
Work Experience:
● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong planning and organization skills are required.● Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required.● The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.Education:
● Bachelor's Degree PreferredWarehouse
