Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…
To join our team as a Program Analyst! Program and Operations support staff will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. The breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer, or trade ally communication and contact.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as field tech activity and performance tracking.

  • Manage program data and conduct analysis.

  • Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with terms of the contract, the relevance of content, and professional presentation. Conduct research when applicable.

  • Attend Staff meetings, goal setting, compliance & at times functions as a team lead.

  • Complete special projects

  • 5-8 years of relevant industry experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Target Compensation...

$52,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$52,000.00 - $74,400.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
