Job Description
Are you an experienced Program Manager looking for a role that will help us move our product line to the next level? BAE Systems' Countermeasures & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area is seeking a Program Director in the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) Product Line. The ACES Product Line is at the forefront of protecting the warfighter by developing next-generation dispenser systems, decoys and countermeasures to help aircraft answer evolving multi-spectral threats providing layers of defense. This is an exciting time to join the ACES team as we ramp to meet increasing demand for our products. In this role, you will manage projects in support of our scaling strategy collaborating across functions and program areas in meeting objectives. This role reports directly to the Product Line Director and will sit on the ACES Leadership Team.
This is a hybrid role with a 9/80 schedule and every other Friday off. Our flexible work environment provides you a chance to change the world without giving up your personal life. This position is available in Nashua, NH or Austin, TX.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Demonstrated program management experience with an understanding of all phases of product lifecycle including capture, development, production and sustainment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of PM methodologies and tool sets including the ability to analyze and manage budgets effectively and identify and mitigate Risks and Opportunities (R&O) to drive project success.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations as well as diagnose and resolve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
  • Effective leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 12 years of experience leading technical and program teams.
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Active Secret clearance
  • PMP Certification

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience transitioning products to production
  • Understanding of product infrastructure needs including test stands, IT, and security
  • Master's degree in a technical or business discipline

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
