About the Role
The Program Lead for Startups, Venture Capital, and Accelerators will design, launch, and manage strategic programs that position the Cloudflare Developer Platform as the infrastructure of choice for high-growth startups globally. This individual will serve as the primary operational link between Cloudflare and the startup ecosystem, focusing on platform adoption, and forging strong relationships with key decision-makers at startups, Venture Capital firms and accelerators.
What you will do
  • Program Strategy & Execution: Operationalize and manage the "Cloudflare for Startups" program, defining the value proposition, application process, onboarding flow, and ongoing support structure.
  • Ecosystem Enablement: Activate and manage relationships with VCs, accelerators, and incubators, ensuring successful implementation of partnership benefits for their portfolio companies.
  • Startup Journey Management: Own the full lifecycle of startup participants, ensuring they successfully utilize platform credits, receive necessary technical support, and become active users.
  • Marketing & Visibility: Develop marketing materials, case studies, and internal communications to promote the program and success stories, driving inbound interest from startups.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze program performance, including startup adoption rates, platform spend, and pipeline generation resulting from accelerator and VC relationships, presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Sales and Product teams to gather feedback from high-potential startups and ensure the program is driving strategic value back to the company.

Who you are
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, business development, or growth marketing, with a focus on the startup or venture capital ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize complex programs involving multiple external partners.
  • Deep familiarity with the challenges and needs of early-stage, high-growth startups.

Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
  • For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $138,000 - $190,000
  • For NYC based hires: Estimated annual salary of $131,000 - $180,000

Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
