Overview
The Program Manager, Commercial Readiness is responsible for driving end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches within their region. This role partners closely with global, regional, and local cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging, seamless execution, and strong launch performance. The position plays a key role in strengthening launch readiness muscle across markets and ensuring launches are fully coordinated across Retail, Inventory, Demand Generation, and Media.

Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
- Develop and manage GTM plans, timelines, and deliverables for new product launches and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and operational alignment across all stakeholder groups.
- Lead and manage brand product launches across the Americas or EMEA.
- Strengthen market-level launch readiness capabilities.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as the central point of contact across global, regional, and local teams.
- Facilitate communication to ensure consistent messaging and flawless execution.
- Ensure launch execution is aligned across Retail Sets, Inventory, DG, and Media Spend.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential launch risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards throughout the launch process.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs and launch effectiveness.
- Analyze results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide clear updates to leadership and ensure full visibility for all stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and dependencies.
Product Development Integration
- Ensure learnings from NPD and executive reviews are cascaded and activated locally.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of direct Program Management leadership experience in consumer goods, particularly home appliances or adjacent categories.
- Proficiency in Excel, AirTable (or comparable tools), PowerBI
- Go-to-Market Expertise - Strong understanding of launch planning and execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Experience working effectively across global teams.
- Adaptability - Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
