  • Lead and facilitate regular program management calls with Microsoft stakeholders, presenting program proposals and status updates, identifying needs and risks, and recommending engagement strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with regional coordinators and coaches to align on delivery, share best practices, and ensure consistent, high-quality support for Microsoft’s HR and wellbeing teams across all regions.
  • Oversee the global events and communications engine for Microsoft’s Wellbeing Program, managing a high volume of events across multiple partners, and coordinating internal and external workflows for communications, including newsletter contributions, Viva Engage post content, and ongoing Viva Engage community engagement, to ensure consistent, aligned execution across coordinators, coaches, and Microsoft teams.
  • Support stakeholder management across regions, maintaining clear communication and alignment with local Microsoft teams.
Cross-Regional Alignment & Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary operational bridge between Thrive’s international coaching team, regional wellbeing coordinators, and Microsoft stakeholders to ensure a seamless, high-impact experience for employees worldwide.
  • Work closely with Thrive’s global Wellbeing Coordinators and coaches to align efforts, share best practices, and maintain consistent standards across markets.
  • Create and manage regular communication rhythms, planning calendars, and reporting mechanisms to ensure collaboration across teams and time zones.
  • Capture and synthesize partner feedback, lessons learned, and emerging needs to inform Thrive’s ongoing partnership and product strategy.
Internal Collaboration & Communications
  • Coordinate internal Thrive resources including content, coaching, communications, and marketing to ensure cohesive program execution.
  • Establish and maintain structured internal and external communication rhythms (meetings, touchpoints, agendas, and follow-ups) to ensure alignment across coaches, coordinators, Microsoft and their partners.
  • Lead development and management of partnership communications, including newsletters, program updates, and internal briefings.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within client-facing, enterprise, or global partnership environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs across multiple regions or business units.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering programs on time and at high quality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience managing internal/external communications or engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem, wellbeing initiatives, or large-scale corporate engagement programs preferred.
