In This Role
In this role, you will partner closely with business and delivery leaders to drive high‑visibility programs from initiation through execution. You’ll operate in a fast‑paced environment supporting a customer success–focused organization, helping bring structure, prioritization, and visibility to complex initiatives. This role requires strong program management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead through ambiguity while coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities 
  • Own day‑to‑day project and portfolio tracking using a centralized tool (e.g., Planner), ensuring data is accurate, current, and actionable
  • Monitor milestones, deadlines, risks, and dependencies; proactively flag delays or issues requiring attention
  • Produce consistent, leadership‑ready weekly status reports summarizing progress, risks, and priority actions
  • Support meetings by capturing summaries, decisions, and action items, and translating them into owned tasks with due dates
  • Track action‑item follow‑through and remind owners to ensure commitments are completed
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for project working sessions and reviews
  • Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date repository of project documents and deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in program or project management
  • Strong foundation in project coordination, PMO operations, or portfolio support
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent workstreams in a structured environment
  • Hands‑on experience with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Planner, Teams, Excel, Power BI, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, leadership‑ready status reports and summaries
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment with shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through, track accountability, and keep work moving forward
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience working within a PMO or portfolio operations function
  • Familiarity with risk, issue, dependency, and milestone tracking at a portfolio level
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive stakeholders
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled productivity tools (e.g., automated meeting summaries, Copilot‑style reporting, or similar capabilities)
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience improving reporting templates, dashboards, or tracking processes
  • Background in technology, engineering, or enterprise delivery environments

.Compensation Information
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $85000- $94000 USD annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
